Communication
Infrastructure
KINSHIP
has
a state of the art frame relay connectivity for its
IPLC (International Private Leaded Circuit) connectivity
to serve its customers across globe. The other half
circuit will be built based on the location of the customer.
The other half circuit will extend from the Global Crossing,
NY to the customer's premises at any part of the world.
This will be taken care by the Lockheed Martin initiating
with a feasibility study upon request from
us.
Usually the link can be established in three to four
weeks time, if the customer is located in USA or Europe.
The charges pertaining to this half circuit will be
borne by the customer but we
will take care through a single vendor approach for
the point-to-point link. By way of doing this, single
PVC (Private Virtual Circuit) will be established between
KINSHIP
Premises and Customer's Premises.
Apart
from the above connectivity, We
also
possesses
a 2 X 64 Kbps DSL connectivity through leased line.
This is a backup to the above communication setup. This
is needed to serve its existing customers with very
minimal downtime and also due to criticality of certain
applications being supported.
The
Communication Infrastructure is shown in below

Local
Network
We
have set
up multiple LAN in its organization using VLAN concept.
This helps us
to provide a better security for the customers when
establishing a point-to-point link between KINSHIP
and Customer's Network. By way of establishing this
network, the persons in other project will not be able
to access the network of PC's serving other customers.
This was done keeping in mind on the security of the
documents, source code and other information pertaining
to the client.
The
Internal Network Layout is shown in the following diagram
